Overall customer service has declined and communication was also not good unfortunately and I was not satisfied
I believe advertising an oil change and service for $99 then adding$10 for shop supplies is false advertising.
Adnan is great its the rest of the service staff that need “service etiquette” training. On several occasions i have visited the service center and stood in front of several service staff whom on multiple occasions looked up from their computers and without a word, return to there leaving me to stand for several more minutes or until I initiated communication with them. Received wrong title, Late, I have a funny feeling I won’t get the title in time to register it. I just want to own my leased Nissan. I will never lease again and definitely not from Tynans. They never explain anything to me about how all this would happen. So I was confused and frustrated. Not good feelings.
This is a bad dealership. They will write you up for repairs that is not needed. I won’t be going back there. They wrote up a $3,500 repair that I did not need. That is unethical and a rip off to their customers.
I think if they do a “report” it should be an honest one. I knew I had a nail on my tire but their report showed good on my report of my car, not sure how honest the report was with the other reports that were done. The experience wasn’t the greatest and now I don’t know what it was all checked but I guess the only thing they widescreen was the recall.
Not too happy with service center. I was quoted $139.95 on the phone for switching out my washer fluid reservoir. I made the appointment, went in and was re-quoted $179.95 and possibly more.
The last several times I have come in something I’ve requested at the beginning was not done and my car was returned incomplete. The most recent I was charged for a new tire and after adjust my other tires my front right was left at only 15 psi and I found out on the way home
This is the second time I have to come back after a job wasn't completed in it's entirety. First they didn't reset the sensor for the oil change and this time I paid for a battery for my key and that was never done
