Not satisfied with the service they performed on issues with apple car play software update , the issue wassnt resolved
Terrible service, after a week all of my fluids were low not satisfied at all. Good thing I check my fluids, but to go through an inspection and have these missed is unacceptable don't think I will go back for a service again and wouldn't recommend to anyone if these are the results
Compared to the other Nissan dealerships I've been with and had service with this is by far the worst one. The people are very nice and friendly there however my experiences every time we're overpriced and underserved I would never buy another vehicle from this location and I will never have service at this location again
Not good and also missing a plastic part like a protector from the front windshield above hood. 1. Service reminder and wheel reminder in the car dashboard is not cleared making it not clear if the service is done or not. 2. The car is not washed even the rinse. Despite my telling to wash the car, they simply said it is just a rinse nothing much for the car and refused to rinse the car. 3. Most importantly, the plastic part on the side of the hood, near the front mirror is missing.
I was scammed by Tynans Nissan. I was told that to look was going to be $155.00 but that could be used towards any repairs that were needed. I was charged the $155.00 without the option of using it towards the repair. I brought it in to have two issues looked at. Service advisor Richard T Mcanally stated that the $155.00. Couldn't be applied to the 2nd item looked at only the 1st. He was rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I will think twice before I return or recommend Tynans again. Ken LaCroix invoice# 961022
Went into service center for 3 things. ..only 2 were worked on. No car wash again this time too.
My experience at this dealership was not a good experience. I quickly realized this dealership was more interested in getting as money as they can out of you, and not actually fixing the problem you initially brought your car in for. After $2600 dollars my car still has the same problem it had before I took it in. Horrible place to take your vehicle.
I took my car due to a problem, they charged me a lot of money and the problem remains the same, I took it back and they wanted to charge me again, they disappointed me
Nissan unable to procure from their internal supply chain a manifold valve, forced me to wait a month with my car on their lot until they finally agreed to get a used part.
