Well I’ve took my Nissan there and they said that everything was fixed I left and my car started over heating and then I added coolant to the radiator there was no leaks and I took it back because of check engine light was on and they said I have a hole in my radiator and I know there was no hole because it would have leaked when I added coolant but now it’s leaking they wanted to change me 1,900 to fix things after I paid $920. generally, Good service but I purchased certified car and there was window chips on the windshield. and damage area was right behind of back mirror so I didn’t know there was chip in there until I seat passenger seat. after I purchased the car, 4day after I called them asked about it. and the manager said in the record, there was so damage on Wind shield so they can not fix on my car. but, I didn’t drive my car on highway and if damage happened while I am driving for 3 days I should noticed about damage. but there was nothin... read more
Prepared to make a vehicle purchase I obtained a loan from my bank. When making the deal Jose said there was an issue with the financing andy bank was coming back with a higher rate. Jose recommended another dealer approved bank that had a higher rate then my initial loan. It didn’t feel right so I contacted my bank and they said there wasn’t an issue and I should get the original rate. I had Jose talk to my bank directly and rectify the situation. Not friendly people, skip over you and go to the next person if you been waiting long
Since taking my car in for an oil change, something is leaking. I’m going to have to take it back in. What a waste of time.
I had to take my truck to another mechanic to help this location with their diagnostics. I am pretty sure it says Nissan on the building, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Having to pay another mechanic for work this location should have done is galling. Having to have work done at this overpriced location because of the so-called "warranty" is equally galling.
They have taken great care of me before but this time I dropped off a car with zero problems and got my car back with a dead battery, a key fob that everytime I tried to start my car, it set off the car alarm and wouldn't work. And now my check engine light is on too
