Although they performed the services I had requested, additional services were persistently asked. Additionally, my keys were lost for over 30 minutes.

Well I took my Rogue in for a free oil change because I bought a warranty when I purchased the vehicle. I was told I was in need of 4 other services, and I had them do the transmission fluid and the coolant. After leaving the dealership I noticed 3 long scratches down my passenger doors. And then noticed one deep short scratch on the drivers side. I have an appointment to take the vehicle back so they can fix it, but that’s not until next week, and I didn’t really want to spend my day off going to the dealership a week later... read more

I went to the dealership on Saturday to get a simple oil change and tires rotated. First time driving my car after that was Monday morning before work noticing a puddle of oil in my garage. Notified Nissan that I would be there that evening. After getting off work early to make it before they close, which was an inconvenience and loss of money, my dash indicator said that my tires were filled between 48 psi and 38 psi. My recommended psi is 35. For all this inconvenience I received some rags to wipe up the mess in my garage ... read more

My vehicle is under warranty. I had the service department check it out. They could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. I cannot currently use my vehicle to tow my trailer and run my AC at the same time or park my vehicle inside. Doing either causes a horrible smell. I wonder if service will find something wrong with my vehicle only after the warranty had ended?

Horrible service! They gave me a receipt with someone else’s name and refused to change it before I refused to pay. They also wouldn’t give me a print out of my vehicle inspection. Never will I return here! Horrible experience!
