For the first time in my life as a vehicle owner, I felt like I was seen as less because I am a woman who does not understand the mechanical issues that were poorly presented to me by your service tech. The employees at this dealership can be difficult to work with at times. I was harassed and disrespected by the guy at the front desk her. He was extremely rude and judgmental. Horrible customer service. On the other hand, the guys that service my car were alright, although they didn’t commit to the time they promised to completing the task they got it done. Overall, please improve on your customer service in all your departments.
Went in for oil change and rotated the tires. After a few days, my tire light comes on. I thought it will pho away it self but it didn’t. It keep saying it low air pressure on my left passenger tire, ok. I put air in and still on and a few days later it low again but this time it goes down to 22psi. I have to take it to discount tires and was told that screw/knots was loose. It’s a set up….
I paid and I picked up my car. Drove off the lot when I realized my windshield was cracked. Pulled over and it was covered in hail damage. Went back to the service department and they sarcastically told me that there was a huge hail storm last night and “oh yeah that looks like it’s your problem to take up with your insurance.” I was crying and so frustrated but not a single person tried to help me. I did not appreciate the service I received I had a horrible experience thanks for nothing
Did not use the CUDL application after stipulating it’s necessity. Did not repair the vehicle as promised. Did not provide deal jacket. Was not there to deliver the vehicle.
Service representative was kind and friendly, work took the estimated amount of time, however upon inspection by a third party c a r was found to have no coolant let in the reservoir after a full coolant system flush, which begs the question what else was done incorrectly.
Bad custimer service, the lady that "help" us at the front desk didn't even say hello or thanks!
Fixed it fast however my camera stopped working right after they worked on my car and they want to charge me for it. Very disappointed and they were very rude about it as well by not taking responsibility.
