The service took longer than what the advisor told me. I had to wait 5.5 hours at the dealer waiting for my car to be maintenanced. They’re so unprofessional. Also, the lady at cashier room is rude. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.
For years my mom and I have been correcting contact information each time we both come in. I was not at this service. This is not my car. This is not my moms phone number. Not sure how it is “corrected” each time either of us come in and this continues to be a problem.
High pressure to buy a new car multiple times. I asked for you to honor your extra insurance you sold me and you refused. Broken AC check cost me more than $150 just to be told “you are correct” then another sales pitch. Over $2000 for a heater box on a car that doesn’t have the much trade in value, and of course your insurance you sold me doesn’t cover it. Bad experience all around. Shuttle Driver was nice though
It took too long to removed a nail from a tire. It was just ridiculous
The dealership did not do any work on my vehicle but asked me to pay $155. So just to see if my vehicle airbag needs resetting or needs to be replaced is what caused this amount. I'm disappointed.
Typical dealership… will send you coupons for oil changes, maintenance and services, then when you ask to apply those coupon, will come up with every excuse not to honor them. Such as, “this is an already discounted maintenance price, so we can’t accept this coupon…”
