Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, prompt in answering questions over email or phone, and overall very easy to work with. The entire process was quick from picking a carpet to installation. Highly recommend this company!

Great selection and responsible design professionals that always answer calls, are prompt with estimates, and super friendly. Their real secret is the install crew. Four pros that show up, have worked together for years, and travel the south making flooring happen. They installed engineered floors that are gorgeous. Thank you Susan Negri (designer to the stars) for the referral.

Incredible selection at many price points. Beautiful high end selections. And the customer service is the best. Installation is always a breeze. Have used them for somehwere between 30-50 rooms/rugs/runners in the past 10 year of designing and always pleased. 6 Stars!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about the level of craftsmanship & professionalism we received by choosing Underfoot Design & Flooring when we had all the old carpet in our new home replaced with hardwood floors. They are absolutely beautiful!! Completed on time and on budget, all while we were out of town moving to Georgia. They emailed us pictures and video of the entire process keeping our minds at ease so that our family could focus on our move with out worry.
