I recently visited with this place, and they exceeded my expectations. Their expanded store has a great selection, and their team is cordial. Highly recommended!
Incredible selection at many price points. Beautiful high end selections. And the customer service is the best. Installation is always a breeze. Have used them for somehwere between 30-50 rooms/rugs/runners in the past 10 year of designing and always pleased. 6 Stars!
My wife and I can't say enough good things about the level of craftsmanship & professionalism we received by choosing Underfoot Design & Flooring when we had all the old carpet in our new home replaced with hardwood floors. Great company, even better people. Owner, sales, and install team were accommodating, prompt, pleasant and professional at every interaction. You can tell they care about service in how they operate.
We had two types of flooring (luxury vinyl tile and carpet) installed by Underfoot Designs 4 years ago. Within a year the tiles slid and left big gaps in floor exposing the foam under the tiles and the carpet seems to gain a new wrinkle spanning the whole room for each year we have it. Not impressed with the installation.
