When there for a covid test and the whole process was smooth and the staff was very friendly.
The Staff were very nice and were very attentative during my visit. It was my first time visiting UNI Urgent Care at at the 140 Village Shopping Center location. I would not hesitate in visiting them again should the need arise.
Quick, friendly service. However the automated check-in is VERY hard to use.
I had a bad cut on shin! they stitched me right up in and out about an hour and 15 minutes. That was on a Sunday late afternoon also. Staff and Doctor where great
I found out about this place because I went to Meritus Urgent Care and was informed they don’t take my insurance, Aetna Ins. They informed me that UNI Urgent care did accept my insurance. The staff at UNI was above and beyond any urgent care in Hagerstown, even the lady at the check out window. I literally felt like I step back in time the way things used to be at a family Doctors. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing is all I can say. Thank you to all, David Jenkins
Thoughtful people; excellent care. They are busy but always cheerful, helpful, professional and very skilled. everyone seems engaged with and committed to both their team their patients. I highly recommend the facility.
