We were referred to united floors after our original floor was completely damaged during renovations. A leak caused during the bathroom rebuild, caused major damage that literally lifted the entire wood floor in our condo. my experience with United Floors was wonderful. I was shown my options, give a way to see the tile in different colors with using my phone. Once choose a tile, a sample was ordered to see how we like it in our home. They are patient and follow up when needed. Project was complete when promised. Backsplash looks great and make a statement to the kitchen

Best experience ever! From the estimate, scheduling and installation, everything was perfect. The crew arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished (they arrived promptly at 9am and didn't finish until after 9pm). They took a10 minute lunch break... that was the only time they weren't going full steam ahead! I cannot find a single thing that I would change or wish they had done differently. And they cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. I am beyond satisfied!

United Floors Ingrid & Winston run a very professional , respectful and friendly family company. When Winston came to my house for my estimate I had a pipe bust that was causing flooding and was unware in my bssement. while i was in shock and stuck mentally and physically in the moment, Winston went straight into handyman mode to stop the flooding and even helped me to eliminate most of the excess water .
