I hired United Floors, Inc. to install new carpeting in two of my rooms. They were communicative and professional from beginning to end. Winston brought out carpet samples which was really cool so I could actually touch and step on the carpet samples. We stopped in United Floors on a whim and came out with absolutely beautiful floors! Winston showed us options and what he recommended, no stress no pressure! He came out to the house with his state of the art measuring system. I had a quote same day and scheduled installation quickly there after. Frank and his install crew were so efficient and professional at all times. I absolutely recommend this company for all of your flooring needs!

We were referred to united floors after our original floor was completely damaged during renovations. A leak caused during the bathroom rebuild, caused major damage that literally lifted the entire wood floor in our condo. Exceptional workmanship and customer service. They had the best quality of materials of any of the companies I got quotes from and they came in up to 30% cheaper than all the other quotes I received. They redid all the floors on my first floor within one day and came back the next day to ensure I was happy with the work. I will absolutely be using United floors in the future for all my remaining flooring upgrades. You can’t go wrong with this amazing family owned and operated company!
