Hired United Floors Inc to install laminate plank flooring in a family room. Decided to use them because they had previously done my basement bedroom 3 years ago as subcontractor for Lowes. United Floors worked with us in all the process to get rid of our old carpet to new vinyl planks, giving us plenty and accurate information, best price according to our research . I was very impressed with United Floors from our first interaction in the store to the quality and attention to detail in the installation. We had LVP installed in our kitchen/morning room and family room. The work was done by a team of three who worked very well together. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I was really happy with the trim work and how it all came together. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

United did a FANTASTIC job with my floors, highly recommend. There was a flood situation in part of my basement, and the floors were removed and just one area. Not only did they send somebody out as soon as possible, but they were able to install a few days later. The job is very professionally done, and they did a really good job trying to match, the flooring that I already had, using the transition that looks really good on both sides.
