We just completed a full house Reno and the service we received from United Flooring was second to no one. Neill was always available when needed and he gave us great advice on the quality of product we were wanting. The floor layers are exceptional and also very personable. Our staircase turned out beautifully and the way they tied the flooring together from upstairs to downstairs was seamless. Just amazing work all around. They are truly a company that cares about their client
We just finished building our forever home and dealing with Neill for our flooring was great! Neill was always quick to respond to email requests and phone calls no matter how busy he was. This is so important to me as I felt valued as a customer! Neill went out of his way to visit our home multiple times to ensure measurements and finalize arrangements for purchase and install. If you want to feel like a valued customer, I highly recommend giving Neill a call.
What can I say - they helped us through every stage to be sure we had the right materials at the right time. Were able to accommodate our final details to get the job done. We recently met with Stefan Herter for consultation on our kitchen tile project. We found Stefan to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a clear vision of what would and woud not work for our home. The installer, Chris Howe; did an exceptional job of carrying out that vision flawlessly. We found Chris to be an exemplary worker with very high standards and expectations of himself. It is without hesitation that we would recommend this duo for any tile projects you may wish to do.
Service and craftsmanship was amazing! I was having troubles finding someone to do quality tile work until the staff at United Floors made it happen! 100% will use again!
