Universal Flooring provided the flooring in our recent basement build out in our Idaho Falls, ID home and they did a marvelous job. Dan was the installer and he was very meticulous and did a great job with the installation. They were very professional both in the design, bidding, and install. What a great experience. We replaced our 20 year old carpet. The new carpet is beautiful. We are so pleased with the look and feel. We chose a cushy pad which really enhanced the comfort of the carpet. The installers did a wonderful job. I will recommend universal flooring to anyone looking to replace their old worn out carpet.
