After receiving an email request from USA Flooring's president on to review their company following a carpet installation, I replied with an itemized list of everything that went wrong from 5/8/21 (the day after I entered their ******* store) to 6/11/21 (the day the carpeting was installed).. I was getting flooring estimates from a number of local flooring companies. I went to USA Flooring to pick up some samples. They asked for my credit card, I thought so I could take the samples. Imagine my surprise to open my credit card statement to learn that USA Flooring had put a charge of $1200.00 on my card! I hadn't even finished getting estimates and hadn't even gotten a final estimate from USA Flooring before they went ahead and charged my credit card. This customer contacted us by phone to place an order for a flooring project we had quoted. She was informed of the $1200.00 amount at that time. She provided one of our associates with her CC and was to come to the Raleigh location and finalize colors. USA Flooring has never charged customers for samples. When this customer called USA Flooring upset about the charge her card was refunded in full and the order was cancelled. USA Flooring is sorry for any miscommunication.
