We are extremely pleased with our new stair runner from USA Flooring. Stephanie was exceptional throughout the entire process. She visited our home, provided a range of samples, and demonstrated a genuine enthusiasm for our project. The installation was completed efficiently and in a timely manner before the holiday. USA Flooring hands down has the best pricing. I did in fact receive quotes from 2 other competitors for the same project. Stephanie Tavery the sales person was professiinal, over the top helpful offering several options for different grades of carpet and emailed full quotes same day. She didn't pressure me, was always available throughout the process and a complete. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Michelina we knew we had come to the right place. She was very knowledgeable and really listened to what our needs were. She directed us to 3 different levels of flooring and gave us the pros and cons of each. We were able to bring samples home and keep them for a few days. We work with Cody and from the first day to installation everything was easy and professional. No hard sales pressure and worked with our time frame for installation during a holiday week. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them for any and all flooring needs.
