Pros...ease of access and grounds are clean, neat, and secure. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Cons...I wasn't informed at move in that insurance was required on the unit, wasn't charged for it at that time either. There is nothing of monetary value in my unit other than a few Christmas decorations. Also seems like there has been a price increase every year since I've been there
Staff and area are great. Lakota has always been so nice and very down to earth. I feel my property is very protected under her. Please keep her
I have used Valley Storage on Clement Blvd in Hickory for 2 years and have had the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. The associates are always friendly and extremely helpful.
Always helpful and listen to concerns, facility is clean, well lit at night, and well maintained. I'm happy with the choice I made to use them for storage.
Exactly what I expected after reading the online reviews! Professional, clean, and efficient. Highly recommend.
