Having just transitioned back to Valley Storage, I was unable to get good information on office hours. Was told that they would be closed, but there was someone in the office when we arrived. Couldn't get an answer if I was receiving a refund or credit against the remaining week on the unit that I moved out of.other than that, the service was decent and friendly.

I have had a unit since 2021 and now my things in storage are getting damp and mildewed. I don’t know why this is happening now but it’s a problem. The rate increases are also unjustified. I needed a storage unit quickly. I found one at valley storage online one night and was able to rent it right then and there and move my stuff into it the very next day. Extremely affordable and very clean and orderly units . Excellent business.

I rented a storage unit here for years, had an employee that regularly received freight shipments that were dropped off, Kris was great to work with. Clean office, bathroom accessible to customers. Super friendly. 24/7 code access. Good sized units, in a good area that's away from foot traffic (security). Would rent here again if I had the need.
