We were seeking a mortgage on a new home in Florida, not having sold our current home in Tennessee. Debt-to-income ratio was unsatisfactory, a bridge loan on our original home was required, the Florida seller was uneasy and concerned whether we could make it to closing. Not an easy process. Tim and his staff did a great job at qualifying my buyer and keeping me updated along the way. In this business communication is important. I would receive e-mail updates but also phone call updates. Being a little old fashion and having over 30 years in the business, I appreciated the e-mails but what was more important to me was the personal phone call updates. I would recommend using Tim as one of the Top lenders to refer your buyers to.

Sean Moore is great! He addressed all our needs and concerns. He worked steadfast to ensure both selling and buying agents were sending updates as needed. Key played a key role in identifying frictions points within a previous contract and developed measures to avoid future errors. Overall stellar performance.
