Mid January we called Tim with 30 days left before we were suppose to close... we had already gone through 3 lenders and he was our last hope. He just on the file right away and came up with a solution to our problems. His communication was on point and since my wife is in the industry, that is wicked important... they never left us in the dark and we always had a solution to a hiccup.
