Great service; staunch dependability; and kind sincerity are some of the qualities I experienced from Tim Hart Jr. I was informed every step of the way and was offered additional educational information to make the process easier and streamlined. I’ve used Scott for many client transactions, so of course trusted him to do a fantastic job for my personally. Never, has a client had a negative thing to say about the process/experience. During the home search, Scott is always accessible to check out the properties for approval, etc and quick to send pre-approvals. He and his team do an outstanding job to keep clients informed of the current status, including little videos that explain in easy to understand terms. Fantastic as always!

While processing our loan, Denny and his team were transparent every step of the way! We were often updated on what stages were completed and next steps. I was even more impressed at how quickly they got everything to underwriting. It allowed us to meet our 20 day closing deadline! I also appreciated Denny taking the time to walk us through the numbers and disclosures before closing day.

We were buying our first home and our credit union was not getting back to us, which was causing problems. Our real estate agent recommended Joe and he blew us away with his speed, efficiency and constant communication. Even with extended Daddy Duties with his wife out of town, and navigating the holiday season, Joe was able work with us and was the main reason we were able to move up our closing date by 2 weeks and be living in our first home before Christmas!

Caitlin and her team were great about trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. My criticism would be: Get a little more organized and “definitive” answers before asking for something. For example, ask for paperwork and specify format needed. I would be asked for 30 documents and 10 weren’t good enough b/c of this or that. Notarizing documents remotely was a pain too. I guess it is not commonly done, but I was told it would be “easy”. It was not. Many trips to the bank were wasted.
