Had Horrible experiences with conventional Banks ( Bank of America) Chase) etc Took 3 months to close and aggravation Van Dyke made it less stressful

THIS WAS THE EASIEST PART OF BUYING A HOUSE! I HEARD STORIES ABOUT THE MORTGAGE/LENDING PROCESS, BUT, IT WAS A BREEZE! I WAS KEPT INFORMED THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS, AND THE LENDING/MORTGAGE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND I HAD EASY ACCESS TO THEM AT ALL TIMES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS FIRM
