My mom was here for 20 days. A huge thank you to Andrew with the transportation service department. Andrew was so kind to my parents. My mom truly loved talking to you. Thank you. Valerie with the same department was truly a blessing as well. You guys have a great team. Thank you for treating my mom so well. My dad was able to stay by my moms side each day. This place is not what it appears to be. Don’t trust all the positive reviews many of them are written by employees trying to boost the rating. The nursing staff here has been one of the worst I’ve experienced. ventana pays very low wages, which results in poorly trained or unmotivated nurses who don’t provide the level of care AL residents deserve. Ventana by Buckner Believe the crazy bad reviews of this place! My mom was staying here after having replaced her hip. For the first few week’s things were good. But I got a call on Friday at 4pm from the manager Maggie Nix. She wants a meeting to discuss my mother’s treatment. I immediately got up there for the meeting. She begins to tell me my mom’s condition will require more supervision. She wants me to pay for a dedicated attendant to help her in the morning and night, at my cost. All personnel have been very helpful and kind. Therapy very helpful. And Josh the Administrator has been very helpful. Thank you for my stay and I would recommend others to Ventana.
