First time going to this place. When you first walk in the lady at the front desk was super friendly & excited to see us! She provided us with all the information & took care of our needs right away. We got to stay and watch them care for our pup! Definitely a great first experience! We will be back in 4 weeks! I highly recommend seeing them! Definitely have a life long customer.

Absolutely outstanding! Our lab, Luna, is incredibly rambunctious and difficult to examine. The staff was patient... beyond patient... and so kind. We loved the experience so much that we enrolled in the year long dog care program, which was such a terrific value. Thank you, Dr. Preston in Chapel Hill and staff!

When our usual vet wasn't available to give a health assessment to a 7-week-old rescued feral kitten, we found ourselves scrambling for someone available "right now". We were served quickly, professionally, and with compassion. Will definitely keep these folks in mind for future need, and will go back with no hesitation!
