The branch manager Lisa is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This is the only branch I've ever had issues with. She decided to lock my card, and I've spent the past 45 minutes trying to get it unlocked.
My wife referred me and our daughters to Vibe Credit Union. She stated that Vibe is like no other bank or credit Union they support minorities and will invest in their members, personal loans and car loans are the two that I have personally experienced with Vibe. Last week or so I had an unexpected death in the family, I contacted Vibe and within hours my personal loan was in the bank. Vibe credit union has superior customer service. I’ve only been a member for a year but, I can see the benefits that they provide their members. I’ve had 3 auto loans and 1 credit card with them and they by far have the lowest rates I’ve seen. They are always willing to work with their members and I highly recommend them.
We recently refinanced our 2021 Honda Goldwing. Ms. Aida Cavali helped us out tremendously with getting us the lowest interest rate possible. She handled all the paperwork with our current finance company, our insurance company and the title paperwork. She is very knowledgeable in her field. We enjoyed having her as our finance representative! She is super nice and friendly! We received first class treatment! We highly recommend Ms. Cavali at Vibe credit union!
