Dr. Torgler is clearly knowledgeable and intelligent, and she has provided appropriate referrals when needed. However, I often felt rushed during appointments, and some concerns, particularly around women’s health, were not explored as thoroughly as I would have liked. Guidance leaned toward self-education rather than outlining a clear plan or next steps. I have seen Dr. Nichols several times for many different things. I feel she is very competent in everthing she has treated me for even the unusual. Although she has keft Packard Clinic if I knew where she was practicing I would follow her. Very knowledgeable, friendly,professional, and follows through on all matters. Highly recommended.

Refused to fill a script with a diagnosis. Bad attitude and cold. I do not recommend.

I've had two appointments and both wait times were excessive for a PCP. On my first visit, she offered a flu shot, then forgot it. They took my insurance card on my first visit, then sent a bill stating I had no insurance on file. I called and they said they'd correct it. After my second visit, I received a bill with charges from BOTH visits, still no insurance applied. Left a message for billing at 1:45 today. Called again at 3 pm; billing had already left (regular hours til 4:30 pm). The end.
