Allen and his team were focused on our satisfaction, not the contractors…which was relieving considering all the delays we dealt with throughout the project. I highly recommend Viking Capital because the loan process is fast and easy to understand. Their team updates me the status of the application and the process of releasing the funds to the pool contractor and explaines to me very clearly the start of the monthly payment. Viking Capital was extremely easy to work with. From the time I submitted the initial request form to finish was less than 10 days. Robert was very informative and helpful, answering any questions I had. Once preliminary approval was achieved, Amy was constantly in contact providing necessary instructions and help to keep the process moving. I would definitely recommend anyone else interested in building a pool to consider Viking Capital.
