This place is awful. At least 80% when I call (during business hours) the phone is not answered. Instead you hear that "extension 900 is not available" then you hear you can reach the phone directory, "put in the first letters of the last name of the person you wish to reach". The results: "The directory is empty" Sometimes you get switched back to the front desk and the voice mail greeting is that

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would!! I worked there maybe about 3 months this place was straight circus 🎪 management there is unbelievable for one they put someone under management that has NO knowledge of the ROLE! They put him there because they had no one else so he was close enough for the job lol. Please I am warning anyone who considering this assisted living facility, stay far away. I've worked there for about 6 months, until I was terminated, April 14 2023 due to no fault of my own . No remorse or anything, I was not being protected ,I felt like I was just their work slave. I've even took extra shifts, when needed, due to lack of caregivers . It's a big mistake, they hired, me, I will tell 💯 how this Assisted living place ,is not whats it seems,

Under new ownership/ management, thing within these last couple of months have been improving and slowly upgrading. Pleasant staff and good communication. Don't hesitate to pay the facility a visit, great pricing.
My mother in law was in this facility for a little over a 15 months and it was a huge mistake. The dinning room was always dirty, staff was hard to find and were told they kept quitting. The Director (Taylor) was in the kitchen cooking meals because the cook quit. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and the facility smelled. Some how my mother in law’s room had bed bugs in which they sprayed all her belongings with bug spray and dumped her clothes in the south parking lot.
