Lived here for a year before moving out due to finally being able to move into a house. This place gets a bad wrap due to the old management and maintenance issues but the new management & staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate the residents. The neighborhood surrounding this place is safe and quiet. Most of my neighbors that I had while staying here were quiet and kept to themselves but I never felt unsafe. Definitely worth looking into if your seeking a cheap apartment with few issues.
Beautiful apartment! Very welcoming. Ask for Jennifer !! She was very honest and understanding . She got me and my family in an apartment within a week ! And on the 1st floor. She was very accommodating and helped all the way thru the application process. So everything went as smooth and easy as can be. Jennifer went above and beyond and took that extra step as a leasing agent and I really appreciate her. I highly recommend these apartments. Just want to say the office staff Jennifer and Zoe were both super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Very thankful to both of them for explaining and assisting in every way possible. Their customer service is amazing!! They made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end!! Just moved into our new apartment a month ago and I love it here. The apartments are beautiful. I love how there are many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone sticks to themselves. They have a cute pool and nice clubhouse as well. The manager Gabby was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process of getting me and my husband into our new apartment. In all my year's of apartment experience, this has to be the most amazing place all because of the staff!! I don't know why it took so long to hire someone as knowledgeable as Jennifer and her boss. I'd recommend this complex to all my friends especially those veterans who live near by.
