Advertising/Sales Issues I was charged $175 for painting the apartment I moved out of after 2 years. I was told that as long as I did not change the wall color I would I would not be charged a painting fee. I was also told that paint is supposed to last 3 years or else I would not have been charged. Billing/Collection Issues On Thursday, January 13th I filed a maintenance request for an issue regarding my bath tub. The tenant previously painted the tub before I moved in which is now peeling, revealing mold underneath. I called after a week on January 19th to inquire about this. Billing/Collection Issues I've been living at this property since December 17th, 2021, and I haven't been able to live comfortably because the toilets and bathtubs are NOT WORKING, and water from the toilets is everywhere. Problems with Product/Service I called my landlord about a water notice on January 25th to let them know I received a letter about the water getting cut off on January 31st. They emailed asking for a copy of the letter January 26th and I emailed it to them. The letter was addressed to current resident. I looked at my online account and it said $0. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook really needs to do better by the tenants they have especially paying tenants. I put in 2 emergency request 02/05/22 and the furnace going out. It is snow outside and below 15 degrees, extremely cold in the home with my 2 small children and my elderly mother. This is ridiculous and by far the worst company I've ever rented from. Advertising/Sales Issues VineBrook homes charged me for an outstanding water bill. Albeit, it was a low amount, $20.75. This water bill was for the the months of September/October. Problems with Product/Service My previous landlord sold the property I had been living over 10 years..I was told Vinebrook wasn't going to renew my former Lease.. Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook Homes refuses to fix the garage door and kitchen faucet at the property that I rent from them. I have placed a formal work order to have both fixed and they have yet to return any calls OR emails concerning the matter.
