Advertising/Sales Issues I have been contacting VineBrook for almost 2 weeks on an issue of a missed payment. We sent a payment in the amount of $1181.00 out on 12/23 to the address that was given to me in a previous email. Advertising/Sales Issues Every month I pay my bills on time I send vine Brook a cashier's check for rent and they always say it's late this month I have gotten several emails saying I did not pay and today I got a final warning and they cashed the check on Jan. 7th. Also they don't send water bills and last month I had to pay a 468 dollar water bill with several late fees and I never saw a bill. Why did I have to pay late fees?
Problems with Product/Service Early Sunday morning I woke up and it was freezing in my home, and the thermostat read 59 degrees. I checked the vents and they were all blowing out cold air. I confirmed that the heat was on and selected it to set at 80 degrees. I woke back up at 7 am and it was still cold in my home. Keep in mind I have two children. I called and submitted a work order. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I'm not one to file a complaint but the stress its caused my family I really don't know what else to do. Problems with Product/Service Last week, on December 23rd, we reported a water leak in the front yard that was urgent. Vinebrook sent plumbers out that morning and they confirmed the issue. I have reached out to Vinebrook multiple times to find out when it will be fixed, but I haven't gotten any replies to calls or emails. The leak is wasting hundreds of gallons of water, costing us hundreds in bills, and potentially damaging the foundation. Billing/Collection Issues We signed the lease and moved into the house in early June of this year. As the summer heated up, we realized that the upstairs section of the house had its own unit which did not work. I filled out the maintenance request via the online portal July 8th, 2021, request no.
