Problems with Product/Service Move out July 29th. They said they mailed my deposit on Sept 9th. They said they mailed it to my old address, still have not received it yet. Problems with Product/Service My lease was set to be up on 9/16/2021, and knowing that they need a 1 month advanced notice to vacate filled out, I called in multiple times between 8/10/21 - 8/15/21, always getting the same response that somebody would reach out to me because the person i was talking to could not assist me with my issue. Billing/Collection Issues February of 2021 I sign a new lease agreement with ****** properties in ******** for 2- years because my old lease was ending at the beginning of March. After about 2 months in my lease, I find out they have sold the property to vinebrooks Homes but they told me to pay them up until May then I start paying vinebrooks in June. Problems with Product/Service I was informed on April 27th that my previous 5 year rental home was sold to Vinebrook. I informed them on the same day and on April 30th that Conrex was made aware of us cancelling the lease. Our move out date was May 22nd. They said understood and said I would receive my deposit. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I needed to rent a home as quickly as possible due to a job offer. I contacted Vinebrook Homes snd filled out the LENGTHY application on their website. I told them I was out of state. We were approved, upon meeting the agent at the house to sign the lease we noticed a moldy musty smell. The kitchen floor LITERALLY sinks to the middle of the room. Problems with Product/Service I'm renting a house from Vinebrook homes and I am paying 1400.00 per month for a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath. I have been asking no begging them for the past 2 weeks to come out and fix a plumbing problem. I can't take a bath or shower I have raw sewage coming up in my laundry room which is on the main floor. me and my 4 kids have been living in a Motel for the last 5 days that has cost me 600.00 on top of the 1400.00 I have paid in rent.
