Problems with Product/Service I moved in my home in September 2020 under Conrex and never had a problem with them they always tried to accommodate their tenants. Vine brook took over in March 2021 and from the way it looks they want to evict their tenants immediately. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook homes has been the worst experience renting I have ever had in 20 years of renting. Upon moving in, none of the plumbing worked in the Master bedroom and the basement floods. There is still a bat infestation surrounding the upstairs where I sleep or at least try because the bats make noise all night. Bat poop surrounds the house in piles. Problems with Product/Service I have a serious issue with your company. I was not able to rent from you guys because my co-applicant and I split up and I did not qualify on my own. Problems with Product/Service We moved in 2/28/20 and have had nothing but major problems since we signed the lease. The most recent and pressing of these issues is the hole in our ceiling from water damage and a hole in the roof. Vinebrook is well aware of the hole because we noticed the obvious patchwork AND spoke with the previous tenants about the leaking and flooding in the home. Problems with Product/Service A/C unit has quit working 3 times this summer, twice this week alone. It takes 1 to 2 business days for a response from vinebrook even when outside temp is 95 plus with a heat index over 105. They do not trouble shoot or repair the unit, only add freon. Downstairs temp is 80 plus with the upstairs temp 90 plus. Our rent is always paid on time, yet vinebrook does not respond to maintenance requests in a timely or effective manner. Problems with Product/Service We are renting from Vinebrook and sent a termination letter on 7/26/2021 6:22 PM. They did respond and told us they would send us buyout paperwork that would have a fee of three times our rent and no return of our deposit. This is not listed anywhere in the lease.
