Problems with Product/Service We have had multiple problems with Vinebrook homes, the most recent of which being a tree in the backyard that lost a big limb that fell on top of two of our cars. Vinebrook has not communicated with us about the removal of the tree, and almost two days later, the limb is still on two cars. We are unable to go to work, unable to file claims with insurance, and Vinebrook isn't even communicating with us about the process, timeline, etc.
Advertising/Sales Issues I moved out of a Vinebrooks Homes rental house on 6/21/2021. My lease had switched leasing companies partially through my lease, and Vinebrook Homes claims to have lost $100 of my refundable deposit that they refuse to return to me, even though per my lease they are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of my deposit, and I have provided them with ample evidence showing the missing $100. Problems with Product/Service We have multiple maintenance EMERGENCIES and no one is returning my calls. There is a HOLE in the floor, the sub flooring has shifted, there are no gutters around the house, and when it rains you can feel the moisture in the walls. There is also a hole in the side of the house. The moisture in my closet is causing mold to build up on the walls and an odor. Problems with Product/Service My husband and I signed a lease agreement with Vinebrook Homes on 7/29/21 with a move in date of 8/6/21. The gas company employee came out today to turn my gas on only to tell me that he couldn't start my service today. He stated that the release valve on the hot water heater is point the wrong way. Billing/Collection Issues I had made a maintenance request on the evening of 8/6 regarding our AC unit going out, and it being 80* in the house. The following day, I was hoping to get a phone call saying they have looked it over, and they are aware, and that they are doing what they can, & at least an ESTIMATE on when I should be seeing someone to come out and look. Advertising/Sales Issues Vinebrook locked me out the portal stating that I had NSF when I paid my rent over the phone via debit card. I go up to the office to resolve the issue & the resolution to the issue was we had to either bring or mail Our rent in. June & July rent was accepted in the office now they are stating they don't accept rent in the office for my August rent but accepted the previous 2 months.
Advertising/Sales Issues On July 31, 2021 I received a email stating that Vinebrook received a utility bill from my address; water bill to be exact. I responded to the email and spoke to the nice young lady and we found out the water company switched the address and sent it to Vinebrook. Advertising/Sales Issues I rent through vinebrook and they attempted to pay my utility bill which has already been paid by me. I've tried contacting them through email and call after call and no one answers.
