Problems with Product/Service Maintenance issues are as follows: 1.Leak around shower 2. Nozel to turn on shower doesn't turn all the way so the shower head leaks when you want to just take a bath 3. Problems with Product/Service Rental company Vinebrook Homes bought out our lease from ******. Our original lease began at the end of March. With ****** we had everything readily available. We had a wonderful property manager we could be in contact with at any time. When our lease was switched after about 2 months, we only got notice from ******. Guarantee/Warranty Issues To start with from the day we moved in a floor board came loose, light fixture fell out of the ceiling, they painted over the bath tub, part of the door frame holding the security gate fell off, 3 windows can be pushed far enough down to lock, has ac but doesnt seem to work, drawer in the kitchen fell apart, both sink and shower drain have been clogged since move in, the gutters were full dripping smelly goo and rusting, the cellar door fell apart after 3 uses. Problems with Product/Service I currently rent a house that was sold to Vinebrook Homes on 7/6/21. I did not know my house was sold to this company until I received an email from them on 7/14/21 telling me to fill out an application. I have been calling everyday trying to speak to someone. Advertising/Sales Issues My rent is due on the 1st of each month no later that 5th for access late fees. The way my income setup I always pay ahead of time for the next month coming. Sometime it's half of the 1150.00 or more that being paid ahead of time. I'm any case my rent is always on time. I use several cards to make payments because of my income. Problems with Product/Service Today is July 26, 2021, I have been complaining to VineBrook Homes about a few things that have been unresolved, but most recently the air conditioner broke. I used the app to file an emergency maintenance request on Sunday July 25, 2021 for the air conditioner. I then called to request the emergency number for maintenance or the on call maintenance number. Problems with Product/Service I placed the first request on 5/24/21, temp in the home reached 89 degrees. Didn't hear back after a week so I called & I was told they had no control over local vendors & couldn't give me an ETA. I was also told they didn't have contact info for my local office.
