We have submitted requests online and made dozens of calls to their central number, (They tell us they do no have any of the local office numbers or the names of local contacts.) Advertising/Sales Issues On June 4, 2021, I submitted my regular rent payment via the payment portal for an amount of $1092. On June 14, 2021, the final transaction of this amount was debited out of my bank account. On that same day, I began receiving collection calls saying my payment was not made. I have provided several Vinebrook representatives the attached screen shot of my bank statement showing the $1092 transaction to Vinebrook and showing my remaining balance to prove the money was in fact in the account. Problems with Product/Service I am trying to get in touch with someone for Vinebrook homes. I have had this work order submitted for HVAC on 6/21 and one prior on 5/25. Only for one maintenance guy to come and spray the unit with water and say it was clogged and it will work fine. Fast forward almost a month later and the issue still persist. Problems with Product/Service May 23rd I reached out to *************** concerning water leaking from utility closet where ac and water unit is located. They came out and claimed the water pipe was dislodged and they would be back to extract water up. Problems with Product/Service We moved to ****************************************** May 14th, 2021. When we moved in the AC was working. After about a week it started blowing warm air and unit was freezing and ice forming on outside unit and a water leak on the inside of house. Billing/Collection Issues I applied for vinebrook homes in November of 2020 and I was "conditionally" approved for a home but I didn't have the funds at the time they wanted the lease signed so I couldn't move in. In January of 2021 I was again "conditionally" approved but this time they didn't let me view the home or did they contact me with approval I just received a letter in my mail a month later telling me I was approved. Billing/Collection Issues In April we made a maintenance request for our leaking AC. They didn't come out even after two more calls to maintenance.When they finally came out the man said he was not able to fix it (this has happened with multiple issues with this maintenance worker) and that we had to wait for the weather to get warmer. Once it hit 90 we requested maintenance again and were told he couldn't fix the issue. A different contractor came out and told us it wasnt the AC it was a leaking pipe in the wall.
