I can’t recommend VIP storage enough! We had a great experience from start to finish using the mobile app. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful! Matt, the Site Manager at VIP Storage, promptly returned my messages and phone calls on a timely manner. Customer Support helped me unlock my storage unit when I had issues trying to unlock it with my mobile app. If I ever need a unit again, I will be back first thing.
We had our unit for just over a year and a half and had a great experience! Gate and unit access was super easy with the app. We were able to communicate easily via text and email, which made everything very convenient. The facility was clean and spacious, we were able to have PODS dropped and picked up and even got a 26’ U-Haul in and out without issue.
5 star. so clean and wonderful. Would recommend to any bing student needed a place to leave there stuff for the summer
Great rates and the communication was excellent during the time I used the storage. Highly recommend for any parent of college student. Also, had good technology to manage the access to the unit.
I have another storage in a different location, but I must say this storage is the BEST by far. I was able to get a unit on short notice and I am happy that I chose Vestal Storage. Contactless was and is the smartest idea ever. Matt is very helpful and let me know I can contact them if I ever have any issues. 10 out of 10 the Best👏🏾
