Visit was long. Price quoted on blood work was not was charged at check out. It was adjusted when brought to their attention the next day.
The two young ladies were very careful and gentle trimming and dremeled my Bizkit nails. We call it "pretty feet". He is a senior pup dog and needed the extra care. They talked to him and petted him giving him lots of attention. Jen and Lauren are the best! Thank you ladies!
We didnt have an appointment because we noticed my cat had a uti and we brought him in and they took him in, it was quick and i could tell the vets and assistants really cared about him. They assured us they would take good care of our baby. The vet was very smart in her line of work and was very educated on the subject and explained everything in lame terms so we could understand. I completely trust them woth all my babies, and i know Sparky was super happy to be treated.
Receptionist seemed confused about why I was there, but once that was established the experience was great! Cat is already feeling better!
