We love our new berber carpet!!! We picked our color, Shipwreck. They came out to measure our floor the same week! We scheduled an installation date and paid in full. Installation happened on the date requested. Carpet is so soft and cushy!! Great experience! Thank you!
Wonderful experience with Viva Floors & More! Rosie found us large samples to try out in our home. Julian spent lots of time making sure that the job would go smoothly and answering all our many questions. Our installers, Luis, and Jose Luis were amazing---showed up on time every day, and truly cared about our home and the way the floors looked when finished. VIVA Floors & More replaced the carpeting in two bedrooms that got flooded from a water leak. Julian was most helpful in picking out colors and coordinating the installation, even when he was working from home while ill! They worked with us when we made a couple minor changes and did high quality work. I would strongly recommend them for quality, price, and customer service!
We have purchased carpet and this store and our experience was fabulous, on another occasion we were trying to replace a blind that was damaged, they didn’t carry that particular brand however Mr Galvan was very helpful and worked on it free of charge. Who does that anymore? Great people. Highly recommended
