I’m building my dream home with RKHomes and my builder referred me over with Mike at Viva Floors and More and my experience was amazing. I felt confused coming in with no idea really on what concept of flooring I wanted to go with. Mike helped me by explaining the concept of the designs and how they would compliment my home. He helped me by showing me how some homes looked with what he was offering. Definitely recommend this place customer service satisfaction at its finest!!
Mike showed my wife and I a different variety of options and explained the benefits of each as well. He was very knowledgeable and detailed and went in depth of the reasons why choosing one or the other would benefit us more. He also kept us within budget and although we decided to go over budget it was worth it. We are excited to see how our home will look with our choices in the future.
We had an amazing experience at Viva! I left feeling like I was guided in the right direction in all my choices for our forever home. We were treated with amazing customer service with Mike who took his time with us, gave us knowledgeable advice, answered all our questions, and even gave us a few laughs.
