I want to Thank Danny and his team in the service department. Jesse was great to work with and the technicians were timely in getting my vehicle fixed and out. There were employees periodically walking the waiting area checking to see if the customers were okay and needed anything as well as handing out snacks. This is a true example of customer service. I recently got my new murano at viva Nissan, and it was such a good experience. I appreciate the assistance of @Edgar Valenzuela. He was my salesperson and I couldn't find a better one. From the beginning he understood what I wanted and needed. This was my very first car in the USA and he made it so easy for me. The service was excellent and the different alternatives he provided were good. Also he waited until I said I was ready, he was not bothering at all. Thanks Viva and thanks Edgar.
