My experience looking for the car i wanted there was great . Lots to choose from . I found it hard to accept that I'm no longer young & did not need the means for speed & tork. So I went for the sophisticated classy look. On the down side. In one particular occasion I had to go back to the dealership because my paper plates expired. Well,I was told that I would have to go to the DMV & get a 30 month extension while I wait for my metal plates from Viva Nissan. Keep in mind I was told that Nissan would reimburse me. We're a Nissan family and have shopped with Viva for the last 10 years. Today we bought a car from Umberto and it was a great experience. He was friendly and smiley. We expressed what we were looking for and he led us to the selection of cars that suited our needs without coercing us into any other direction. We had questions and he was willing to answer them all. The lady in finance was also a joy to work with. She was friendly and made the wait worthwhile. Thank you Viva for another great experience.
