After being FORCED to take the extended warranty with the assurance that I could take it off after I made my first month's payment, 5 months have gone by and still can't take off the extended warranty. Have been going every 2 weeks to check, wasting my time and money for nothing. Spoken to Jerry Rodriguez the GM and nothing! Finally yesterday by accident I ended in the service dept. manager's office amd he was able to do a lot more in 5 minutes than anyone else I've dealt with at Viva Nissan.
