I had the pleasure of interacting with Michael Dux, Vogel's Kent sales associate. I'm a senior citizen with lots of life experience and I've rarely met such a capable, attentive service representative. After identifying my need and preferences, he requested samples be sent to my home. Although I'm located slightly out of his service area, he was willing to travel a bit farther. Very impressive all around.
