I had the pleasure of interacting with Michael Dux, Vogel's Kent sales associate. I'm a senior citizen with lots of life experience and I've rarely met such a capable, attentive service representative. After identifying my need and preferences, he requested samples be sent to my home. Although I'm located slightly out of his service area, he was willing to travel a bit farther. Very impressive all around.
I manage a few buildings in Tacoma and we have a ton of turnover. Vogel's has always been a reliable vendor. We've been working with them for about 7 years now. I almost always come to them with less than ideal timelines and they always pull through, which positively reflects on our company, so thanks!
