Today on 11/19/2023 I have swung by voltage 2-3 times between 10am-11:30am and no one is here and it is posted on the door that they should have been open already and nothing saying it they would be closed or would open at a different hour

Bought a new battery & tank. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When I bought it they had a 30 day return policy. The first one kept resetting it's Wattage sporadically. I exchanged it for a slightly different model. That one not kept jumping to 40W and burning my lips and taste buds AND the recharge receptacle was loose misaligned out of the box. So I took it back and exchanged it. Same problems with that replacement but now they have changed their 30 day policy and refuse to take it back for a refund. Beware. Great service. I bought my vape in a different city and was changing the coil all wrong. So, today, the employee patients taught me how to replace a coil, not once, but twice. The second was on the nice new vape my hubby bought. BTW the vape juice is amazing too.
Don't know how many times I've come back to this place. Be it to get some juice, or a new mod or tank, or even just to hang out. Great service, and great products. Not always the cheapest, but best bang for your buck guaranteed.
