Poor workmanship and customer service My experience with this company is similar to "No follow up". The workmanship was atrocious with carpet coming apart on stairs and a seam very visible on the floor. Several tiles are loose, and while one was repaired, and the owner agreed to repair two more, he then declined. Avoid this company.

You will pay top dollar for what turns out to be inferior carpet. You will have puckering from bad install. You will want to get it fixed. They will not fix it even though it is only one year since it was installed. Had to pay someone else to do it. That man told me carpet was not quality I paid for. Showed me the backing and explained. Do not do business with this company.

No follow up i had 3 rooms redone with wood laminate in my house. 2 rooms are just fine. One room within 2 months bowed up in one section. It took me several calls to them to get someone to finally come out and even look at it. They cut it down and made it right. 2 months later it started separating where they fixed it . After several calls and messages the fellow that sold it to me called back and said he...
