I called after hours to schedule and they answered immediately and scheduled the service call for the next morning. The technician Gerardo was on time and called me once he identified the problem. He told me how much it would cost and repaired the problem. I have used them once before and had the same positive experience. I am a rental property owner and have to call various service companies all the time. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Service was excellent,on time,and technicians displayed a high degree of knowledge of my system and performed their tasks in a timely and highly professional manner. They gave me some excellent recommendations on user maintenance to prevent unnecessary service calls.

Customer service is not even the correct words. This was an experience. Vortechs Heating and Air provides old school and amazing customer care. It is a hot July summer and a Friday night, so of course our air decided to go. The house became warm and our dogs were beginning to become uncomfortable as were my husband and I. We made the call to Vortechs and a technician was promptly at our home. Joe not only diagnosed the issues, he temporarily fixed the issue restoring cool air until the new valve can be ordered and replaced. ... read more
