When we moved to the area, I took my 2008 Ram in for service and realized that this dealer is way better than most others. I just traded the 2008 for a 2013 Ram. My salesman, Brett Winebrenner worked very hard to find the truck I wanted and worked out the price to make this a great experience. I would recommend both Brett and Waconia Dodge to anyone in the market for a different vehicle.
The service is was great. Eric strong was my service advisor, he took the time to talk to me and find out what my concern's and issues where. The end result was having my vehicle diagnosed and repaired correctly and in half the time that I would have expected. The shop is clean and organized and this group really cares about taking care of your automotive needs.

Bought a new Dodge Durango Citadel at Waconia and was very happy with the experience. Our sales rep (Chris Weinberger) was very pleasent and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in buying. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions.
