My compliments After a flood in my home resulted in mold, I spent 7 weeks in a hotel while various agencies slowly did their work. GREAT JOB & BEST VALUE We finished our basement & shopped around at several places for carpet. Wall 2 Wall Carpet gave us the best value we could find. They upgraded our pad for no additional cost. I found them to be very helpful. The installer was amazing. He asked us questions we had never been asked & made sure it was done right. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WALL 2 WALL for carpet.
Poor customer service with this company... Went in a week before the date, paid the deposit and confirmed my appt. Took the day off work, hauled my bedroom to my living room and waited, and waited ,...and waited all morning and no one showed up..called 3 times and still couldn't get a straight answer answer to what the problem was.. horrible customer service...
