Absolute 5 star service from the time we walked into the store through installation. Maddy was amazing to work with. She was patient, answered all of our questions, & gave us space & time to look at the samples. The crew that came to install were top notch. They showed up on time, were very friendly & professional, and finished installing the carpet in our basement in one day instead of 2 as originally planned. We are thrilled with our carpet looks & feels! Definitely recommend Wall 2 Wall for all of your flooring needs!
Careful with the reminance pieces. I was 100% given the impression I was buying a new piece of carpet. My installer 27 years in the business said there is NO WAY that was "water from a leak in the wear house" Honest business is best business I have 4 more rooms to carpet but will not be back.
