Absolute 5 star service from the time we walked into the store through installation. Maddy was amazing to work with. She was patient, answered all of our questions, & gave us space & time to look at the samples. The crew that came to install were top notch. They showed up on time, were very friendly & professional, and finished installing the carpet in our basement in one day instead of 2 as originally planned. We are thrilled with our carpet looks & feels! Definitely recommend Wall 2 Wall for all of your flooring needs!
There is no doubt that Wall2Wall has great products but what makes them stand out in my life is so much more than that...it is their customer service. We had a great experience, Kelso was extremely helpful in the store, and checked in with us after installation to make sure we were happy everything. I feel like pricing was reasonable, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be going here for future carpet projects.

We recently reached out to Wall to Wall flooring to see if they could help in finding the right color of LVP needed to update a basement bathroom and kitchen. Grey tones are kind of rare right now in LVP. Not only did Dillon help us find the perfect color, but his people skills are just off the charts. My wife just wanted to stay and chat with him for what seemed the rest of the day. These folks are sure interested in a lot more than making a sale. We'll definitely be back.
