New build. Melissa was very convincing and helpful at first, and then suddenly, it all went down hill she was disrespectful and not helpful they never had the right time to come fix the damage (we still have damage). Then suddenly at random someone came and did such a terrible job and told us that was easy and they didn't know about it earlier or would have come....... on other occasions when they also came, it always required something to have done for them that wasn't necessary. We needed flooring for our kitchen and carpet for an appt we own. Dillon was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. He set up an appointment to have the apartment measured for the carpet and installation. It was done in 2 days. Which was great for us and our renters. It looks great! Fantastic as usual. Melissa here at Pocatello was great in assisting me with a floor problem two years in the making and we resolved it with new carpet tiles. Her follow up and professional manner helped a lot. Then there is Dennis and his son - sub contractors for your company. They advised us on all our options and took the time to do a really pro job here at the house. We now have carpet tiles vice LPV and the den office space is workable and looks professional.
