I have been doing business with Wall to Wall for about twenty years and I have never been disappointed with the service, the choices available or with the installation of my flooring. Having said that working with Dillon has been a pleasure and he did an excellent job in keeping in the loop from start to finish of my job. Professional is a word easily applied to him. They were very accommodating as I had to change my install date a couple times. The carpet seems very nice and it should wear good. I have used wall to wall in the past for my apartments and it has always worked out well. It is very convenient to just go in and pick out a piece.

Dillon was amazing at knowing exactly what was needed on all my projects. He was quick and efficient, helpful and friendly. What an awesome employee. The carpet was installed and looked great in a professional manner. Way to go guys. Thank you.

New build. Melissa was very convincing and helpful at first, and then suddenly, it all went down hill she was disrespectful and not helpful they never had the right time to come fix the damage (we still have damage). Then suddenly at random someone came and did such a terrible job and told us that was easy and they didn't know about it earlier or would have come....... on other occasions when they also came, it always required something to have done for them that wasn't necessary.
