Excellent customer service! I love my new carpet. Excellent customer service and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional staff. After having a bad experience with one of the big box stores in town, I visited Warehouse Carpet Outlets and Joe Lynch was amazing--the opposite of the big box store staff. Unless you can get a really, really good price here, don't bother. I ordered hardwood flooring from Carpet Warehouse in Ithaca this summer, choosing them because I wanted assistance and service that I would not get from Home Depot or online wood purchases.
