Neal Tipton is a pleasure to work with. Everything went so smoothly with the loan process that I used him a second time to help me with a loan to obtain a rental property. He and his whole team are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was nervous about the loan process but they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a loan. He explained the process very clearly and was patient with my questions. I honestly can't think of a suggestion for improvement.
